This version of Lazer Zone is ONLY for 603e PPC processors! The normal version gives out of memory errors on 603e processors, no matter how much memory you give it.
Lazer Zone was designed to run in thousands of colors, at 640 x 480 (67 Hz) resolution. You'll need to switch your monitor settings accordingly! Look at the Monitors control panel, or on the control strip for the proper adjustments.
Lazer Zone automatically switches to thousands of colors when you run it. When you quit Lazer Zone, your monitor will be reset to the amount of colors you had before you ran it.
Running it at higher resolution, i.e. 832x624 (75 Hz) casues the game to appear in a smaller window, and it runs faster. It is fun at the higher speed, but not suggested for your first time playing.
